I tried to read one of the marketing devices called a book a couple years ago and found myself longing for the&amp;nbsp;more creative and stimulating owners manual for my CAT enginge but maybe its just me. I understand the series appeals to lonely, picked on islated children who feel different and left out but for Christ's sake thats all kids age eight to fourteen.
